How can we organize and re-organize ourselves in this time of systemic and cultural transformation? What is the role of intergenerational leadership? What is the role of geography, context, and place? And what is the role of the human being amid ever-growing mechanization? How might we re-imagine and re-create the future of work from a place of deep inquiry and contemplation?

In this conference, we aim to hold up these questions through listening to some stories from the field and being in a practice of collective wisdom together. We invite you to engage with us in playing with our collective assumptions, beliefs, and values in different modes of dialogue, where we aim for rich aliveness and deep relationality, and together lean into the emergent potential of the future unknown.

What is the future of work?

And how will we influence it by thinking together in generative dialogue?

Who is this for?

  • Anyone who is curious about the future of work!

  • Anyone being in practice with human systems, for example: Art of Hosting and Collective Presencing practitioners, Flow Game hosts, etc.

  • Consultants applying dialogue and collective wisdom approaches in organizations and communities.

  • Entrepreneurs testing new forms of leadership and creating new solutions to systemic issues.

Let’s explore together...

  • The future of leadership and collaboration: What are the new models for understanding human dynamics and organizational culture?
  • The future of dialogic consulting: Where and how are we experimenting with applying dialogue and systems thinking to consulting?
  • The future of well-being and mental health at work: How do we create life-affirming work, businesses, and policies? How do we embrace the power of rest?
  • The future of how we create value: How are we creating new / regenerative economies? What is the role of dialogue in it?

The flow of each session:

2-3 Cases given by selected speakers

Breakout rooms for small-group reflection and harvesting

Whole-group dialogue, as a practice field to explore emerging collective wisdom molded and inspired by the day’s cases. The later sessions will build on and weave in the rich cultivations and insights of the prior days.

They are the future waiting to be born.

Fear not the strangeness you feel.

The future must enter you long before it happens.” Rainer Maria Rilke
